Very Berry Sparkling Royale
This beauty blends delicate florals with vibrant berries to create a wonderfully sophisticated drink, perfect for ringing in the New Year!
Ingredients
2 OZ 1000 PIERS BLUEBERRY GIN
5 BLUEBERRIES
5 RASPBERRIES
1/4 OZ ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR
I/2 OZ LEMON JUICE
1/2 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
BLUEBERRIES AND RASPBERRIES TO GARNISH
Method
Muddle the berries in a shaker and add all the other ingredients bar the prosecco. Shake with ice and pour into a chilled coupe glass through a sieve. Top up with Prosecco and garnish with blueberries and raspberries.
