Another Hackney original creation for Valentines. This cocktail, inspired by ingredients that stimulate desire is also a delicious well balanced mix of citrus, spice, savory and fruit. Its a little more complicated but well worth the effort

Ingredients

3 JALAPENO SLICES

5 BASIL LEAVES

1.5 OZ 1000 PIERS COASTAL CAROLINA GIN

1 OZ POMEGRANATE

1 OZ LIME JUICE

0.5 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP

CLUB SODA

GARNISH:  LIME WHEEL 

Method

Shake all the ingredients bar the soda water with ice and strain into a Double Rocks glass filled with ice . Top up with soda water and garnish with the lime wheel
