Spiced Gin Punch

A great holiday party punch that can be made in a cup but also easily in a bowl. This is one you an be confident everyone will enjoy!

Ingredients

2 OZ 1000 PIERS GIN

2 OZ ORANGE OR PINEAPPLE JUICE

1/2 OZ SPICED SIMPLE SYRUP

2 DROPS CLOVE BITTERS

1 OZ GOOD QUALITY TONIC WATER LIKE FEVER TREE OR Q

GARNISH:  CINNAMON STICK


FOR THE SPICED SIMPLE SYRUP:  

1/2 CUP WATER, 1/2 CUP SUGAR 2 CINNAMON STICKS, 6 CLOVES 2 STAR ANISE. 

Method

Spiced Gin Punch:
Combine all ingredients except tonic water in a shaker with ice. Shake to combine. Pour into double rocks glass with ice. Top with Tonic. Simple Syrup: Combine water and sugar in small saucepan and heat to a simmer. Add spices and turn off heat. Let infuse for 15 minutes and strain out the spices. Let cool and store in fridge for up to a week.
