This could be the perfect Valentine's cocktail. With its pink hue and creamy head you couldn't envisage a prettier, more Valentine's appropriate cocktail. It will be love at first sip ❤️

Ingredients

2 OZ 1000 PIERS BLUEBERRY GIN

3/4 OZ LEMON JUICE

1/4 OZ CAMPARI

3/4 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP

4 RASPBERRIES

EGG WHITE

GARNISH: RASPBERRIES

Method

Muddle the raspberries with the simple syrup. Add gin, lemon juice, egg white and Campari and dry shake for 20 seconds. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with raspberries.
