Our favorite Negroni play for the holiday season. The Winter tide perfectly compliments the tartness of the Aperol. Take it up another level by subbing the Aperol with Campari

Ingredients

  • 1 OZ WINTER TIDE

  • 1 OZ APEROL

  • 0.5 OZ 1000 PIERS SLOE GIN/CREME DE FRUITS NOIRS OR SWEET VERMOUTH

Method

Stir all the ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Serve over a large block of ice with a twist of orange
