Elderflower 75
For a delicious twist on the classic French 75, check-out the Elderflower 75. This super tasty cocktail mixes up elderflower liqueur, prosecco, lemon juice, and gin, delivering a classy beautifully balanced bubbly cocktail. This might just be the perfect springtime brunch cocktail.
Ingredients
1 1/2 OZ 1000 PIERS COASTAL CAROLINA OR BLUEBERRY GIN
1 OZ ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR
1 /2 OZ LEMON JUICE
4 OZ PROSECCO
GARNISH: LEMON TWIST
Method
Shake the Elderflower Liqueur, Gin and Lemon Juice with ice and pour into a champagne flute. Top up with prosecco and garnish with a lemon twist.
