Elderberry Bramble
Using both our 1000 Piers Creme de Fruits Noir and Blueberry Gin, this deeply delicious fruity cocktail showcases oodles of black fruit flavors.
Ingredients
1 OZ 1000 PIERS CREME DE FRUITS NOIRS
1 1/2 OZ 1000 PIERS BLUEBERRY GIN
1 OZ LEMON JUICE
1 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
GARNISH WITH A LEMON WHEEL
Method
Shake gin, gingerbread syrup, and lime juice with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice, top with ginger beer, and garnish with candied ginger.
