Elderberry 75
A fun play on a French 75 using a combination of our 1000 Piers Creme de Fruits Noirs and Blueberry Gin to make a deliciously decadent cocktail featuring oodles of rich bubbly dark fruits.
Ingredients
1 OZ 1000 PIERS BLUEBERRY GIN
1 OZ PIERS CREME DE FRUITS NOIRS
1/2 OZ FRESHLY SQUEEZED LEMON
A GOOD QUALITY PROSECCCO
GARNISH WITH A LEMON TWIST
Method
Shake the gin, creme de fruits noirs and lemon juice over ice. Pour into a champagne flute, top with prosecco and garnish with a lemon twist
