Cranberry G&T
A delicious fruity and festive twist on the classic G&T. Feel free to play with the level of simple syrup to get the balance right for your taste.
Ingredients
2 OZ 1000 PIERS COASTAL CAROLINA GIN
2OZ CRANBERRY JUICE
1/4 OZ FRESHLY SQUEEZED LIME JUICE
1/2 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
2 OZ GOOD QUALITY TONIC WATER LIKE FEVER TREE OR Q
GARNISH: CRANBERRIES, LIME WHEEL
Method
Stir all the ingredients in a Gin Coppa or Double Rocks glass over ice. Garnish with the cranberries and lime wheel.
