Enjoy this delicious refreshing late summer libation featuring figs.
Ingredients
5 OZ 1000 PIERS BLUEBERRY GIN
1/2 OZ CAMPARI
1/2 OZ FRESH SQUEEZED LEMON JUICE
1 HEAPED BARSPOON/TEASPOON FIG JAM
GINGER ALE
LEMON WHEEL
Method
Blend the gin with the jam in a shaker, add the lemon juice and Campari and shake with ice. Pour over ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon wheel.
